Ordering our stork sign is a breeze! It’s as simple as snapping your fingers.

Sit back and relax as we take care of the rest! We’ll deliver, expertly install, and later, pick up the stork signs at the end of the rental period.

While the stork signs are collected, we leave behind special keepsakes – star signs, pet signs, and personalized bundles.

Is a lawn necessary for stork sign installation?

For a secure and proper installation, we do require a traditional residential lawn, meaning an open grass space with unobstructed soil. Unfortunately, signs cannot be installed in areas covered with rocks, pea gravel, concrete, mulch, flower beds, raised beds, garden pots, or thick landscaping. We also avoid placing signs near public utility boxes, water mains, or other city, county, or state-owned structures to prevent potential access issues and damage. Our team drives a stake 10 inches into the ground to ensure safe and proper installation. If you have any questions regarding installation or location requirements, feel free to reach out to us!

If there’s no traditional lawn available, we’ll position the stork sign on the porch using a stand. Make sure to request a stork stand when placing your order. Additionally, we do offer the option of purchasing just the bundle as a door hanger.

When should I reserve a stork?

We’re thrilled to assist with your birth announcement signs! Reservations are accepted for scheduled births or events. If you have a planned delivery, book in advance to secure your preferred delivery date. For surprise arrivals, give us a call as soon as the baby is born, and we’ll strive to set up the stork sign before the new family returns home from the hospital. We typically deliver within 24-48 hours under normal circumstances. For a rush order(less than 24 hours), please give us a call to see if we have availability.  We do charge a $20 rush fee.  Most often, we are able to install the sign(s) before the baby arrives home, but it is not guaranteed.

If you’ve filled out our form, we’ll call to confirm your order and process payment over the phone. If you haven’t heard from us, please reach out at 256-658-1523 during our operating hours from 8 AM to 11 PM. We’re excited to help you celebrate your new bundle of joy!

How long can I rent the Stork Sign for?

A: Our charming stork signs are perfect for announcing your new bundle of joy! For birth announcements, enjoy a full 7-day rental so that your family and friends can share in the excitement. If you’re planning an event, you can rent our cute stork signs for one day to add a whimsical touch to your celebration. Contact us for more information on renting a stork yard sign for your precious newborn, and let us help make your announcement even more special!

Where will you install the newborn announcement sign in the yard?

A: We want to ensure your stork sign is placed perfectly for all your special moments and photo opportunities. By default, we stake the sign in the front yard, easily visible from the road. If you have a specific location in mind, let us know before we arrive, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Your satisfaction with the placement of your stork sign is our top priority!

How do I place my order? How do I pay for your service?

Ordering our adorable stork signs for your special occasion is super easy! Share all the important details by filling out our online form, giving us a call, sending a text to 256-658-1523, or dropping an email at hello@storksandmoreofhuntsville.com. We offer multiple payment options, including credit card over the phone on Square or Venmo. Once payment is completed, we’ll reserve your sign and get it ready for delivery. Just remember, full payment must be received before scheduling your sign delivery.

Our rental stork birth announcement yard signs offer a charming way to share the joy of your newborn’s arrival with friends, family, and neighbors in Huntsville, Hampton Cove, Big Cove, Owens Cross Roads, New Hope, Brownsboro, Gurley, Madison, and Paint Rock.

How much does the new baby stork lawn sign cost? Do you charge any additional fees?

We’d love to help you celebrate the arrival of your little one with our adorable stork signs! For just $95, you can rent a stork sign for your birth announcement, complete with a personalized bundle that you can keep as a sweet memento.

Within a 15-mile radius, delivery is complimentary. For distances between 15 and 20 miles, there is a nominal fee of $10. For deliveries beyond 20 miles, please reach out to us for a customized rate. It’s important to note that delivery charges are calculated from our base location in Owens Cross Roads, Alabama.

How much are sibling/message stars/dog bones and cat signs?

Looking to add a little extra charm to your baby announcement? Our sibling star signs, message signs, dog bones, or cat signs are the perfect way to include the whole family in the celebration! For just $25 each, these signs can be personalized with your own message and will be left behind as keepsakes at the end of the rental period. We offer these signs in both pink and blue, so everyone can feel included in the fun. Contact us today to learn more about renting a stork yard sign and additional signs for your new bundle of joy!

What service do you offer for twins, triplets, and quadruplets?

A: If you’re blessed with multiple births, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! We offer separate stork signs for each baby. Yes, that’s right! Each bundle carries the details of each precious little one. Contact us to learn more about our special offer for multiple births!

What Signs do you offer for proud grandparents?

A: Congratulations on the upcoming arrival of your grandchild! We know it’s a special time and want to help you announce it to the world. We offer stork signs for proud grandparents as well, with generic bundles starting at $75 or personalized bundles for $95. The storks can be rented for 7 days and will be installed in your yard to share the exciting news with your friends and neighbors. The  personalized bundles have the baby’s details and are left behind as keepsakes when we pick up the storks.

Under what circumstances do you cancel an order?

Payment must be made 24 hours before the stork delivery date to avoid order cancellation. We will contact you via phone, text, or email to remind you of the pending payment and ensure everything is in order for your special occasion.

We also offer a full refund for orders canceled 72 hours in advance or in cases where extreme weather conditions prevent the setup of the stork sign.

What is your refund policy?

We always strive to fulfill your requests to the best of our ability, and we’re happy to offer a refund in case of any issues with your order. However, please note that we require a 24-hour notice to fulfill any last-minute requests not previously discussed at the time of booking. You’re eligible for a full refund if you cancel your stork or birthday sign rental at least 24 hours before the delivery date or if extreme weather conditions prevent us from setting up your sign.

We do not offer refunds in the following scenarios:

  • Inability to access gated communities due to incorrect or missing gate codes.
  • Security guards at gated communities denying entry after a maximum of 10 minutes of waiting time. It’s essential to arrange access with the guard before delivery.
  • Homeowners or recipients declining stork sign setup or requesting early pick-up before the rental period ends.
  • Threats or obstacles from dogs or other animals preventing access to the property.
  • Locations lacking a traditional lawn, especially if a stand wasn’t requested during booking.

We appreciate your understanding in these situations and always aim to ensure your satisfaction with our service.
